Hey there! I'm Shelley Cox, the creative force behind The Regional Collective, Workspace Barossa (a co-working space), and Makers & Merchants Barossa (a regional retail & e-commerce biz). My journey is proof that anyone can start a business, and you don't have to have all the answers right away. What you do need is a great support network—and that's where The Regional Collective comes in!

Meet Shelley

I’m a busy mum of three, a passionate netball player, and an active community member. Business is hard, but I love it and wouldn’t have it any other way. My journey into the world of business started pre-Covid, far from my background in winemaking. In 2019-2020, my family and I started not one, but two regional businesses. Then, bam—Covid hit! To top it off, we were expecting our third baby. It became all about survival.

I don’t know how we got through that insanely tough period, but I had a strong vision, a tough work ethic, and a commitment to trying my best. And guess what? Not everything worked out. But the great thing for you is that the lessons from that wild ride are now yours to learn from!
