As humans, we crave connection and thrive in social environments, but we also need time to recharge and reflect on our own. As a busy mum of three and a few businesses…I totally get it!

This balance between connection and solitude is essential for our overall well-being.

In our increasingly connected world, it can be challenging to find the right balance.

On one hand, we're bombarded with constant notifications and messages, making it difficult to find quiet moments for ourselves.

On the other hand, the pressure to be always available and connected can lead to burnout and exhaustion.

At our time building our coworking space, Workspace Barossa, we’ve recognised the importance of this balance. We've created a space where individuals can come together, connect, and collaborate, but also have the freedom to retreat and find solace when needed.

Through The Regional Collective, we're extending this concept to regional entrepreneurs.

We want to create a supportive community where members can find connection and support, but also have the space and autonomy to work on their own terms.

Not hand-holding, but empowering others to thrive - and we’ll still be here when needed.
