• Each event is designed for small groups of 20 min -30 max participants to ensure personalised attention and quality interactions.
• We are actively seeking partnerships with local groups, government agencies, and Regional Development Authorities (RDAs) to subsidise a portion of these costs.
• Deposit Requirement: Upon registering, the sponsor host will be required to pay a deposit of $1,500+ GST to secure their spot. This deposit confirms their commitment and assists in the initial stages of event planning. This will be refunded once minimum numbers have been fulfilled.
• Our goal is to make the roadshow as accessible as possible to small and micro business owners who are keen to grow their businesses and make a positive impact in their communities.

This centralised approach allows us to maintain direct communication with attendees and efficiently manage participant information, which remains under our purview.

Here’s how the payment process will work:

1. Ticket Booking and Payment: All tickets will be booked and managed directly through The Regional Collective’s platform. This ensures that all participant information, including email addresses, is securely handled and stored by TRC.

2. Deposit Requirement: Upon registering, the sponsor host will be required to pay a deposit of $1,500+GST to secure their spot. This deposit confirms their commitment and assists in the initial stages of event planning. This will be refunded once minimum numbers have been fulfilled.

3. Subsidy Handling: If there’s a subsidy available from local groups or government bodies, these funds will be paid to The Regional Collective. We will apply subsidies directly to the cost of the event, allowing participants to pay only the subsidised amount. Full and transparent transaction history will be provided.

4. Final Payment: Any balance of the ticket price, after accounting for any subsidies, must be paid by all participants in full one week prior to the event. This ensures all financial obligations are settled well before the event day, allowing for a focus on delivering a high-quality experience.
