• Our roadshow is designed for small, intimate groups (20-30 participants) to ensure personalised attention and meaningful interactions.

This centralised system enables us to maintain direct communication with attendees and efficiently manage participant information, which stays within our oversight.

1. Ticket Booking and Payment: All tickets will be booked and managed directly through The Regional Collective’s platform, ensuring that all participant information, including email addresses, is securely handled and stored by us.

2. Sponsorship Payment: Once sponsorship is confirmed, an invoice for the full sponsorship amount will be issued. This payment will secure the event and cover the contributions for subsidising participant fees.

3. Subsidy Application: Sponsorship will go towards subsidising event costs, allowing participants to pay a reduced fee.
